Zaynbi

Zaynbi is a Khajiit fletcher, she is a member of Ri'saad's Caravan, a group of wandering trader's active in Skyrim that go across Tamriel selling extoic goods. Her services are needed both in defence of the caravan as well as in trade with settlements and travellers they come across.   Quotes:

Zaynbi wears a set of merchant clothes and a pair of boots. She is equipped with a steel dagger and carries a selection of common loot and gold.

Sneak Attack. The rogue can move up to half its speed without incurring opportunity attacks.

Bonus Actions

Dust in the Eyes (1/short or long rest). The rogue tosses sand, dust, or some other irritant into the eyes of a creature within 10 ft. The target creature must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for one minute. The target creature can use its action to clean its eyes, ending this condition.
