Sha'Rasrin
Sha'Rasrin is a Khajiit pirate who is a member of the Blackblood Marauders. She works in Broken Oar Grotto as a fletcher, helping arm the Marauders with arrows and bolts for their ballista. She also operates a stall and sells her wares to travellers to the Grotto. She was once crew on a Khajiit merchant ship that travelled Tamriel trading wares at port towns and cities. However her ship was sunk, not by pirates but by mercenaries of the East Empire company. Leaving her the sole survivor and shipwrecked until she was found by the Blackblood Marauders and Captain Hargar, who took her into his crew.

She wears pirate's clothes and boots, and is equipped with a scimitar (1d6) and two hand crossbows (1d6). She carries woodcarver's tools, and a selection of common loot and gold.
