Prospector Rodwyr
Rodwyr is a Breton miner who lives in Broken Oar Grotto, where he plies his trade mining iron for the Grotto's blacksmith Kjar. He is the brother of Uthore, the Grotto's fishmonger, and good friends with Val and Captain Blackblood. Though he is not a pirate himself, he been living among them as he has for decades and though he maintains a friendship with Val and the captain, generally has a dislike of pirates. He is gruff and generally unfriendly to strangers but will brighten up if someone takes an interest in mining which he has a singular passion for.

He wears miner's clothes and boots, and is equipped with a pickaxe (1d8). He carries iron ore, and a selection of common loot and gold.
