Potion and Poison Recipes

Potion and Poison Recipes can be found found randomly in chests and other containers throughout Skyrim as loot. Common Recipes have a value of twenty-five gold pieces and can be found in some containers and some chests. Uncommon Recipes have a value of one-hundred gold pieces and can be found in few containers and some chests. Rare Recipes have a value of two-hundred and fifty gold pieces and can be found in very few containers and some chests. Very Rare Recipes have a value of four-hundred gold pieces and can be found in few chests.

Common Potion Recipe

Recipes allow you to learn how to create potions and poisons without experimentation, requiring only a period of study equal to the normal period of work times half the brewing duration of the potion, 4 hours for a common recipe. Once the recipe is learned the original recipe paper/parchment can be resold and others can be created by you, requring only writing implements and a period of enscribing equal to twice the recipes study time.
