Hroltar

Hroltar is a Reachman apothecary who own's the Hroltar's Cure's in Dragon Bridge. He is viewed with great distrust by the locals, who often accuse him of daedra worship and of being aligned with the rebellious and netoriously brutal Forsworn. However his services as an apothecary always in such great demand as to cause the locals to overlook his strange mannerisms and attire. And he has not done any harm in the town since setting up shop.   Quotes:

Hroltar is fully clad in Forsworn equipment. This includes Forsworn armour (fur, AC 12), a pair of Forsworn boots, a pair of Forsworn gauntlets, and a Forsworn headdress. He is equipped with a Forsworn quarterstaff (1d8), and carries two potions of minor healing.
