Blaise
Blaise is a breton beggar who lives in stables in Dragon Bridge. He is still a young man who grew up an orphan after his parents, both in the Legion, were killed in the Skyrim civil war. Since then he's been working as a stable boy, getting fed by Katla. He is friends with Katla and Snilling's son Knud.

Gift of Charity. When a Beggar is gifted 5gp or more, or goods of equivalent value or more. The person who gifted them the gold or goods is imbued with one Charity die 1d6, the person can then roll the die and add the number rolled to a Performance or Persuasion check. Once the Charity die is rolled, it is lost. A person can have only one Charity die at a time.

Off-Hand Attack. The Beggar can make an attack with thier off-hand, as with two-weapon fighting. Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, one target, Hit: (1d4-1) bludgeoning damage.
