Sir Berran Michael Sianmista
Sir Berran Sianmista is the dishonoured leader of the Brotherhood of the Thorn. He has started earning respect back from the high elf council, but does not seek to get back into the city if his people can't. Berran also understands that a lot of his mercenaries should absolutely be kept as far from the city as possible.
There isn't an adventure that Berran won't turn down. If someone comes to him personally, he won't just send some troops to go take care of the request or bounty. Berran will personally go himself, taking care of the situation in a way that only he can be sure of.

Berran is bisexual. He doesn't have a specific preferance; the only thing he prefers is that their skin isn't a single shade of green. Goblinoids make Berran uncomfortable in bed. He's slept wth a few that let him a little terrified to bed a Goblinoid. As people, he loves the GreenSkins. As intimate partners, however, he isn't quite a fan.
Men and women are fair game for him. Both romantically and intimately, he's open to all. Thankfully, there are no laws, rules or distrust of homosexuality across Elven cultures. His second marriage was actually to a man.
Education
Sir Berran had studied at the Battlemaster Academy of War for forty years, where he learned everything there was to know about battlefield theory and mastered the arts of warfare.
He learned how to read and write from his parents. They also taught him proper manners and ettiquette. His experience has gotten him through life, learning more and more each time he attended a party, gathering or meetings that included him to hold himself to a higher standard.
