Dora's Death Drum

A magical tamborine made from mahogany wood and the skin of a humanoid face, the eyes, nose and mouth of the face have all been sewn shut.The tamborine is capable of casting 'Toll the Dead' on all enemies within a 60 feet circle. The circle is centered on the user of the instrument, once used a long rest is required to use this power again.
