Eichiro D. Tenchi (a.k.a. The Sleeping Monkey King)
Emperor of the Xing Kingdom and the current head of the Tenchi Clan. Though often thought of as immature, he commands respect from all within the lands of Xing due to the peace enjoyed during his reign. Few have ever seen him wield a sword.
