There is no present government in Landeria, or even in the entirety of The Scattered Isles. The city is run by pirates, thieves and criminals. It is generally left out of any politics going on in the mainland of Fradris.

There are no available defences. Most people look out for themselves.
Industry & Trade
The main industry for Landeria is fishing and thievery. Most of the revenue goes to those who can get it first.
Infrastructure
The city is made up of wooden homes. Every person that wants to live in Landeria, needs to build their own house. Therefore, most homes and buildings are simply wooden shacks. Most of the rich live in stone buildings.
