Effect
The caster creates of bolt of lightning that arcs to their first target (within 30ft of the caster), dealing 3d8 lightning damage. Provided there are other enemies within 15 ft and in possession of a conductive material (metal armors, weapons, etc), the electricity then jumps to at most 3 other targets, dealing 1d8 lightning damage to the additional targets.
