Emperor/Empress
Can only be obtained after becoming a king and conquering more than 3 foreign regions.
For example, Emperor
Cordelia Dolores Daddario, conquered Europe, South America, and Africa during her reign. King
Clarke II Daddario did not qualify for the title due to Mexico and Central American countries being counted as only 1 region instead of multiple.
King
Inherited from the previous king.
Queen
A person who marries the king.
Prince of the Dragons Heart, Heir
The chosen heir of the king.
Prince
Children of the king who are in line for the throne.
Princess
Children or close relatives of the king who are in line for the throne only under dire circumstances. All princes would either need to be dead or not of age.
For example
Elizabeth 'Debicki' Leonhart was a princess before her title was replaced by
Valkyrie Lorde Commander.

Grand Duke/Duchess
Head of royal houses and their spouses.
Duke/Duchess
Children of a grand duke or duchess once they are over the age of 15.
