Bill of Privelges
Purpose
Much like the previous Bill of Rights by the United States government, the Bill of Privileges adds to the Dovahnor Constitution personal privileges of freedom. There are no rights within Dovahnor, as any supposed "right" can be taken away by a high enough authority. The structure of the Bill of Privileges remains extremely similar to the Bill of Rights, though there are many important and crucial edits and changes.
