Celestial Silver is a mystical metal made of reality itself bound together and stained in Divine blood. It has the wavy pattern of Damascus, and reflects light almost perfectly. When shaped by a proper smith, it's smooth and light, able to be swung with ease.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Celestial Silver is warm to the touch for mortals. To magical creatures, it burns on contact with skin, though not like fire. Celestial Silver is highly resistant to any current, including the Arcane.
Origin & Source
Celestial Silver is brought into existence when a smith of great enough ability seizes the very web of reality, and after hammering it into shape, spills the blood of an angel or demon upon it.
History & Usage
History
Celestial Silver was at first seen as a curse, a strange deformation of the material that made the Gardens that had to be excised. As time went on, it became clear that Celestial Silver would be excellent in the coming Celestial War, both defying the Arcane and eradicating all that it struck.
Discovery
Celestial Silver was first discovered by the Angel Falista when she nicked herself while reshaping her Garden. It was first used as a weapon by Soluhn, who made the spear of Jupiter, during the Celestial War.
Everyday use
Celestial Silver is most commonly used to make weapons or armor.
Cultural Significance and Usage
Celestial Silver has great importance to the Angels, who first found and shaped it. From there, it took on a significant role as a weapon, and as a means of penance for Angels, as merely touching it with bare hands is enough to burn the skin badly.
Refinement
The first time it is made, it must be made from the very threads of reality which blood is spilled upon. Afterwards, Celestial Silver must be superheated before it can be reshaped.

Hazards
The amount of energy required to make or refine Celestial Silver is immense, and can be dangerous to those unprepared. Generally, condensing that much energy in one location will cause local effects quite like radiation.

The creation of Celestial Silver has a major enviornmental impact, in that each piece of Celestial Silver is woven from the very threads of reality. As more Celestial Silver is made, reality becomes less stable.

Celestial Silver can be reshaped and reused almost infinitely, but the energy required to reshape it is immense. Dragonfire is one of the more common ways of heating it enough to shape.
