Lady Leilani Leigh
(a.k.a. Lady Lust)
The Lady Leilani Leigh has built a power base that spans several realms in the Borderlands and is reputed to have gained access to the secrets of eternal life. She certainly seems to have abilities which exceed the normal range of humans, even those who inhabit the magical realms and at the least she is a powerful sorceress. Her followers are numerous and intensely loyal.
Sometimes allied with other Powers, she often plays them against one another and is known to be a cunning strategist. She moved the base of her operations from Reshalion VIII to Jonah II at an early stage when she came into conflict with the Stability Council. But she is not always opposed to them and has worked with them on several occasions.
Her enemies accuse her of manipulative seduction of a sinister and sometimes fatal kind and they call her the Lady Lust. In an alliance with Prince Bohfulli she has recently dabbled in the affairs of Magicians' End but also appears to be playing a more complex game involving the Stability Council.
