{FV} 9.19a Ueno gains some intelligence points and loses it after

Ueno has just finished sending Grade a message of his well-being, when he notices a small commotion amongst the townspeople. Seeing the town official with an angry look at her face, Ueno decided to go back again to the library to read, only to freak out some children moments later after a small panic attack. Although he was arrested by the town police later, he was bailed out by Yujin, alongside a massive punishment. On the next day, Ueno has met up with his new friend Nick who, after touching upon a very sensitive subject, offered Ueno a date with his acquaintance at DesCha East. After a one-sided flirting from the girl, Ueno consumes his meal, makes a short visit to his now-finished house, and calls it a night.
