The reason the Sundial City is named this way is due to the 100 floor colosseum in the middle of the city that acts as a massive sundialPurpose / Function
The city contains everything a demon needs to live in peace. Every type of shop, every type of building in the mortal world. Some demons believe the city is a cage and they want to break free and destroy antyhing in their path.
