What is Nutri-Salt?

Nutri-Salt is a spice-like condiment that supposedly enhances the nutrient values of almost all foods and dishes. It helps increase the moisture levels of these foods, making them more “juicy” and nutrient-enhanced. Produced and distributed by FoodCo Interstellar, the produce branch of the agriculture MegaCorpo AGRO-Technica, Nutri-Salt has quickly become a shelf staple must for millions of citizens across the Delta Space.   Nutri-Salt is commonly sprinkled on a variety of foods, including fruit, meat, root vegetables, and more. It is coveted in far-flung areas and common in densely populated central territories.   Nutri-Salt has been advertised as a wonder condiment, the best thing since salt and pepper, making drastic and wonderous claims in its ability to make food juicer and healthier. Most consumers do claim in their reviews that food in which Nutri-Salt is sprinkled upon truly does become juicer, and many have "sworn" that they feel healthier whenever they consistently use Nutri-Salt on these foods. The validity of these reviews cannot be confirmed.   In reality, Nutri-Salt just brings the moisture of the food to the surface, mimicking juicer food for a few bites and leaving a dry core. Nutri-Salt also has absolutely no nutrient-enhancing abilities. The success of Nutri-Salt is primarily due to FoodCo Interstellar and AGRO-Technica's highly successful marketing campaigns, pushing this wonder condiment to countless citizens in the Delta Space with numerous and constant advertisements. It is incredibly common to see huge billboards, commercials, and even physical flyers all advertising the amazing Nutri-Salt.

A Dangerous Byproduct

Nutri-Salt is, in truth, a crystallized, highly refined byproduct of a synthetic growth hormone, originally developed by AGRO-Technica, a large MegaCorpo which primarily operates in the agriculture business. The hormone was developed to unnaturally accelerate livestock growth and increase their water retention for greater market weight.   The growth hormone in itself has been a boon for AGRO-Technica; however, when they investigated how to rid themselves of the strange crystalline dust that was left over from the manufacturing process, they discovered something that would make them considerably more money than the growth hormone ever would. They discovered that the dust, or salt, had a delicious effect on any food it was applied to. How they discovered this supposedly by accident is a mystery.   When this byproduct was discovered, AGRO-Technica went into marketing overdrive, immediately packaging the salt into snappy containers, branding it with smart advertising, christening it Nutri-Salt and branding it to the masses as the best thing since regular salt and much healthier for you. Claiming that the newly named Nutri-Salt not only made your foods juicer but also increased the nutrient value of any food it was applied to.   While it indeed makes food seem "juicier," it has no added nutrient value whatsoever. In fact, its residual hormonal compounds can accumulate in consumers' bodies, subtly disrupting human endocrine systems over time. Extended usage of Nutri-Salt may have deadly effects on the human body.
Summary
Nutri-Salt is a popular condiment advertised as a nutrient and moisture enhancer for food, commonly used across various dishes and regions.   However, it is secretly a refined byproduct of a synthetic growth hormone from the MegaCorpo AGRO-Technica, originally designed to fatten livestock. While it makes food seem juicier, it provides no real nutritional benefit and, in fact, its hormonal compounds disrupt human endocrine systems and can lead to severe health issues with prolonged use, effects which the corporation actively suppresses.
Usage — Beyond Sprinkling
While most enjoyers of Nutri-Salt simply sprinkle it onto their food and wait for it to soak in, some have found more direct ways of enjoying the condiment. While Nutri-Salt doesn't impart much of a flavour to the foods that it is sprinkled upon, when imbided directly it has a subtle and somewhat salty mineral flavour. And some quite enjoy this taste, eating small spoonfuls of it directly, or mixing scoops of it with water or juices and drinking it.    Strangely, those who have done this have reported feeling energized and even found themselves gaining muscle mass. Though these same people may find that after extended consumption of large doses of Nutri-Salt in this fashion may result in more dire results like hair loss, muscle calcification, and even organ failure. And such a report that may exist detailing these negative effects of consuming large amounts of Nutri-Salt in the above-mentioned fashions has been thoroughly suppressed.
