War Correspodence

On an adventure to Dorbard North, explorers discovered two warring civilizations. Gnolls to the swampy east, and forest people to the leafy west. There has always been tension between these two peoples, but only in the past decade or so has it escalated to a full-on conflict. Not much is known about the origins of either group nor their motivations.

What The Deadpoint Drift knows so far

• The forest people can bring trees to life
• The Gnolls recruit hill creatures such as bears and manticore to aid their fight
• The Gnolls are religiously motivated
• The Gnolls are not (yet) hostile to adventurers—in fact, some diplomacy has been achieved by successfully helping with some sort of ritual.
