The harsh islands to our north have claimed another soul, and another member of the somewhat ill-fated Luck family.

Nulla Luck was well liked among her peers, and a testimony to the new culture of Deadpoint as one of its first second generation adventurers. Following in her father's footsteps, she took a liking to the ferocious wilds with an iron will to smite vengeance into the evil that dwells there.

Tragically, the islands know how to bite back.

Along with Karick Stahland and Golf of Juice, Nulla Luck explored the underwater wreck of what is reported to be an old Aves Strig vessel. Located off the coast of Dorbard South in the wide bay known as The Scoop, the location and its potential bounty was triangulated from recent gear gifted by the Aves Strig Flotilla & Courier Alliance. The trio used breathing magic to sweep the sunken ship, and found a home of electric eels and angry sharks. Nulla lost her life in an attempt to flee a swarm of sharks. Thanks to a strong cable attached to The Thyme of Your Life, her body was recovered after driving off the aquatic beasts.

No treasure was recovered, although the surviving Adventurers remain sure that there is something worth finding down there.

One life fades, another sparks

Life's strange poetry was apparent on this day, as within hours of the incident at The Scoop, Golf of Juice and Limsbald's first child was born—a healthy half dragon kind. To be named Nulla of Juice in honour of the fallen, the tot is the first child to be born in the Deadpoint area in nearly a decade.

As we mourn Nulla Luck, the community will cherish her memory in the namesake of Nulla of Juice.
