Titanian Commonwealth
The Titanian Commonwealth is the government which controls Titan and exerts a small measure of control over the Saturnian system in general. It has a population of 1,200 individuals, and is mostly focused in Titan Station, an underground tunnel network settlement. The Titanians are anarchists, artists, scientists, experimenters, and hippies. They believe in freedom, beauty, truth, and love. They hope to prove the rightness of humanity's existence by living the best and most fulfilled lives as possible in scientific discovery and artistic expression.
Structure
There is no true structure or hierarchy to the Commonwealth. All are equal. However, a robust social media system is employed to ensure that members of the community are held accountable. Through it, anyone can report positively or negatively on anyone else, which results in a system of shared accountability. All are responsible for the well-being of the community. Members can gain reputation by performing tasks for the community and then expend it in order to gain material goods.

Assets
The Commonwealth owns one space station, a space elevator that connects to it, and a habitat tunnel system below the surface of Titan. It owns several trucks which it uses to traverse the surface of Titan, as well as two mining vessels which it uses to gain material resources from Saturn's rings.
History
The Commonwealth was established in 2078 B.F. by six polyamorous families hoping to create an intentional community far from any government strictures, the dangers of human-produced climate change, and the influence of megacorporations. They pooled their resources and purchased a space vessel, a nanofabricator, and some tunneling bots. They were among the first independent space settlers, and were able to begin living full-time underneath the surface of Titan as soon as 2082.
