Marvel Roots are dense, durable, and slow-growing. They naturally entwine, branch, and expand, creating arches, walls, bridges, and terraces without the need for conventional construction. The roots’ cellular structure is highly heat- and pressure-resistant, allowing them to support multi-story buildings and withstand environmental stresses.
Architecture
Over centuries, Juru artisans have shaped the roots into habitable spaces, communal halls, workshops, and ceremonial arenas. Structures made from Marvel Roots are self-repairing, as living tissue fills in cracks or regenerates after damage.
Beyond their practical use, Marvel Roots are regarded as sacred in Juru society. Rituals, festivals, and apprenticeships revolve around root-shaping arts, which combine craftsmanship, spiritual discipline, and geomantic guidance.
