Trocon
The largest mercantile guild in the Conclave of Equals. Trocon is based in Independance. They specialize in metalwork and stonework. Recently they have tethered several floating islands and seem to have found several uses for the large ammount of Floating Granite on those islands.
Trocon's ship building group is small and handles small oceanbound vesels, but is looking to get into building skyships. New skyships have not been made since the Plague, so this would open a significant market for Trocon.

Structure
The Board of Directors of Trocon is made up of a director form each component company and the Head Director who is Avon Horn. Overall there are 33 companies and guilds part of the Trocon group. Each group technically runs independantly though there is a shared services department that coordinates efforts. This central group operates agents and Recovorist groups on behalf of the group. It is run by the low elf Btac Stagi.
The most prominent companies are: Manint Foundery, Castle Muol Casting, Eagle Granite Masons Guild, the Vental Mage guild, and Orwinim Shipbuilders.
Detractors feel that they wield too much influence within the Conclave. Not that this power is wielded directly, but through bargins and influence. Trocon directly or indirectly affects almost half the domestic production of the country, so even unintentionally it decides many things for the nation.

Public Agenda
Largely to get new supply chains going. This involves starting up various small enterprises to build components and gather resources for their initiatives. They are looking frequently for motivated invidiuals in magic device development and manufacture.
