Jade Kingdom
The Jade Kingdom is a Human military empire. Their focus is on expansion. While still relatively new, they were a decade ago liberated from a litch's control. The Dragon Gods are heavily worshiped and their paladins work to eliminate still lasting undead in the region.
Structure
The Kingdom is rules by the council of generals. Leading them is the Jade Commander, so named for his jade inlaid magical breastplate. There are four generals of land operations, 3 navy generals, one general for wizard corps, and one general for aerial attack and defense. Regional commandants run the local civic services. The home defense navy general utilizes a special amulet that indicates the future tides, and allows him to cast a mass water breathing spell once a week.
Culture
Architecture is simple and largely wood based unless they are more expensive civic buildings. Fabric panels are used often for interior doors, this is due to high focus on material production for the revolution or national security, post revolution.
Clothing is practical and military inspired. Women wear fitted clothing, and men kilts and jerkins. Most will wear overcoats with tactical features, though some are more in the fashion styling of such without most of the features. Much of this fabric is from rough linen harvested locally, and wool is highly prized.
The fall harvest festival is preceded by a week of vigils and fasting. While the summer festival have contests of strength, Water Jousting, foot races, wrestling, and combat sports.

Assets
One slow ancient dwarven flying barge. It is the flagship of the aerial force, though it is is poor repair still. They also have several large mines. While they are not at the production levels they want, the mines for iron and copper are quite productive. Most of their nearby neighbors are relatively peaceful and not looking to force a conflict, which means they could help stabilize the region long term.
Demography and Population
While a bit over half their population is human there are several strong enclaves of Dwarves, Gnomes, Elves and Halflings. Each youth is expected to serve at least two years of military or civic service. Mages are trained in the capitol of Iterika or Viridius.
Military
A complex group of soldiers, generals, and branches. They consume more metal than they are able to produce, and plate mail is common. The forges of the nation produce many weapons and armors.
Agriculture & Industry
A wide variety of crops are cultivated, especially extensive are the fields of Purple Bellflower and they cultivate bamboo for tools as well as the shoots for food. Chickens are also well sought and found just about everywhere in the country.
