High Assembly of Beurum
The High Assembly of Beurum was a democratic supplement to the High Kingdom of Beurum, added in the Fourth Era.
The organization hosted emissaries, appointed by regional kings, from across the Western Commons. Though most emissaries were Trebai and represented a Trebai populace, some Alois states were granted partial representation in the assembly. Ren Berig chieftains were also sometimes allowed into the assembly, though this was rare and seen as a weak move by their subjects. In its original form, the assembly met every three years. When the Merchant's and Commoner's Assemblies were added, the governing bodies rotated, with one meeting one year, another meeting the next, and so on. Every tenth year, all three bodies would convene simultaneously. Later, the assemblies were convened more frequently, and in the years before The Twenty-Year War, all assemblies met every year. Originally, the assembly and its counterparts were praised for their ability to give the lesser Trebai kingdoms more influence. However, during the latter half of its existence, the bodies became more and more prone to corruption. Efforts by certain rulers throughout the year stopped corruption to some degree, but it nearly always returned.

Disbandment
Corruption plagued the assembly and its counterparts to an extremely high degree in the final years of their existence. With only some dissent, they were dissolved upon the creation of The Trebai Ascendancy during the Twenty-Year War. In its place, the Imperator's Advisory was created; though this was largely a puppet organization, as representatives were appointed by the Imperator themself.
