Enforcers of Dyride
The Enforcers of Dyride were a religious order that served Dyide, a Daphnea goddess of the night.
The orders were rooted in some of the earliest Daphnea settlement of the Sunlit Isles. Originally, its members were assassins hired by elites to get rid of political enemies. By the Second Era, however, the order had completely transitioned to the worship of Dyide, though its members still trained heavily in martial arts. At the end of the Second Era, Dyride was eliminated by Akathon in the Godscar Purge. After this, the organization largely fell from the public eye, losing much of its governmental support. By the Fifth Era, the order was generally thought to be a myth, or at least no longer operational. In reality, the organization was active, but kept its activities secret. They renamed themselves "The Dark Enforcers" and once again became assassins, this time working largely for powerful Daphnea companies.
