A dealer for the Devil's Due cartel, who has set up shop in The Back Alley, not far from Dancitron. Operating in Mission City without the backup of a full Devil's Due operation is a risky business, so he's keeping things low profile, selling very limited amounts of crysmagnetal and syks to clubbers. He limits his amount of sales for each day, and always puts his money away immediately after transactions.
Some may call him a coward or accuse him of limiting his potential, but Underhand will say he's being smart. Mission City is like a big ocean-- the big fish get noticed by sharks, and the little ones swim free.
