Mindwipe
A member of the Black Shadows thieves, and a likely candidate for their leader, though many authorities are still uncertain as to the group's exact command structure.
Mindwipe often acts as the "face" for the group, appearing in public to announce their next targets ahead of the heist. A charismatic smooth-talker and socialite, the few times Mindwipe has been spotted outside of a heist is among high society, in casinos or exclusive clubs.
Mindwipe's greatest assets lie in his skill as a hypnotist. Victims have claimed that they can often remember nothing after being in Mindwipe's presence-- victims often found assisting the thief against their will. Mindwipe has, in the few public statements he has given, claimed that he has an innate connection to a "spirit realm" in which "all Sparks are one." Science can't verify claims of the supernatural, but many experts tracking the Black Shadows have simply given up and accepted Mindwipe's explanation. Whatever the truth may be, he is extremely dangerous.
