Blanc and Noir

A pair of heavily customized IAC Vigilante pistols carried by Roulette. Though Vigilante pistols are popular among the tactical crowd, Roulette has instead customized them in a more elegant and reserved style, with a black and a white finish, and inlaid silver engravings. Noir, which is meant to be carried in the left hand, features a flipped action which ejects shells to the left. Both weapons feature extended magazines and unique vented muzzle brakes.   Blanc, the white pistol, reads "Vigilante 12.7x33 millimechanometer Astro Express Blanc--- If you have need, take"   Noir, the black pistol, reads "Vigilante 12.7x33 millimechanometer Astro Express Noir--- If you take, take plenty"   Roulette, if provoked, will explain that the guns represent a duality of life, but her story on what exactly that duality is changes every time.   Blanc and Noir have a special attack-- the Jackpot Attack-- that may be used under certain circumstances.

• The user must be wielding Blanc in the right hand and Noir in the left.
• The user must be proficient in High Caliber Pistols.
• The user must be a Striker, Recon, or Soldier class.
• The weapons cannot be used for the rest of the day after initiating the attack.
• The attack is initiated by expending a round of ammunition from both Blanc and Noir. This is a full-round action.
• The user then rolls a percentile dice. This serves as both the attack roll and damage roll, for piercing damage.
