Dread Baron
Dread Barons are the subject of many nightmares, and are seen as the generals of the armies of the Dark Tapestry.
They often take the form of angels with wings of limbs instead of feathers, and stand three times as tall as the average human man. They appear very rarely on the Material Plane - usually via great effort from a Dark Tapestry cult - and typically result in the offending planet being visited by a starship capable of firing building-size ballistic missiles.
Of note, the Planes of Agony were said to contain thirteen Dread Barons, which were the nemesis of the outsider duo known as Bane's Children. Famous legend details their war against the Barons, which ends with the heroes sealing the Planes of Agony closed, never to be heard from again.
