AMISS: Operation: Tail That Tail

"There's something amiss."

"I'll tell you what's amiss, Crow. That throw you made was sad. It was like watching a three-armed gorillasaurus with a sore back trying to hurl a lopsided squooshnut."

"What? My throws aren't that terrible. Besides, I hit close enough to where I was aiming to get the result I wanted. Did you listen closely to what happened? There is something suspicious with the sound that bloomboomer made when it hit the wall. It was hollow, as though something could be stashed right there where we saw our short-tailed suspect lingering a moment ago. I've been through here before and I'm certain the rest of the wall isn't built that way. It's much sturdier. Let's go check it out." Crow gathers himself and prepares to launch from their impromptu hidey-hole and across the street.

"Whoa, not so quick, Captain Springy," Cat whispers, grabbing Crow's shoulder. "I can sense that someone else is surveying the area where she just was as well. Maybe your gardening implement attracted eyes, or maybe they're following the suspect too. Hang back."
