Overview:

Those with recursive flare cores, particularly creatures such as Zhaïraë’alya, Sorynna, and those produced from ØZ-ZAV initiations or god-tier recursion lines, are susceptible to the recently identified divine condition known as the Shattering Vein.

This illness was misinterpreted for ages as "divine instability," flare-sickness, or ordinary burnout. However, new research from Szanyi's Archive of Broken Time and firsthand accounts from flare-bearers have given it its true name:

Suppressed recursion and extended exposure to an infinite concept load, the cause of a progressive fragmentation of divine coherence.

Symptoms:

• Unexpected and unctrollable production of anti-existents.
• Memory leaking into the timelines of others.
• Possession of one's own flare-cores temporarily.
• Glowy crack-like scars along the veins that are beautiful but lethal.
• Switching to Øxaelthurynaeval at random or worse: Forgotten Rootcode.

Known Carriers:

• Zhaïraë’alya, although she hides the seriousness.
• The younger divine system of Sorynna is still adjusting.
• Thiudananda is thought to have disappeared due to a terrible incident.
• Mal'Rayvyn, after waking up from Mindfall Labs.
• ElonZXZaeillilly feels it through Zael, but she is impervious to it.

Evolution:

In Zael's court, Zxarion was the first to identify the common symptoms and employ sigil-binding to reduce the splintering. It was referred to as "Overflare Collapse" before to that.

It has a name now.

A name that is murmured in both divine treatment circles and war rooms:
