The Foundatioal Text of the Ashened Orders of the XZiXZiminity Hells

The Candescent Oath of the Sevenfold Embers.

Date Sealed: Prior to Descent--High Dreadmarch Garnet Flame-Signature. Virelyssa XZel'Thorna.

"Let Everything Turn to Ash So That We Can Mold the Sacred Fire."

Handwritten in molten ink on charred vellum, inscribed with the seven sacred wounds of The Pyre-Mothers, and stored in the ember-locked vaults beneath Xzorynthral Pyraxiom, this constitution is more than just a set of laws; it creates a covenant bound by flame between the Orders, Garnet, their Flame-Seer, the Hells of the XZiXZiminity, and Zypharienne's eternal authority.

The initial Ember: Objective

Our purpose is not to purify.

Our purpose is not to save.

Our purpose in life is to witness the burn.

All Ashened are obligated by the First Ember to act as witnesses--to see the evils Zypharienne unleashed, to identify them, and to document their recursive consequences throughout the undefined, spiritual, and physical layers of XZeterniviuminity. To sanctify is to document. It is blasphemous to turn away.

The Second Ember Doctrine:

Both damnation and salvation are rejected by the Ashened Orders. The world is separated into ash and unburnt, not good and bad.

"Truly, we know only what has burned."

--Embertext 2:17

The holiest act, according to the Orders, is transformation by fire. What makes it through the flame is considered sacred. Anything that doesn't burn is cursed. Neither celestial nor mortal beings are exempt.

Authority if the Third Ember:

The Seer's words will be fiery.

It will be led by the War-King.

Wherever the ash falls, the orders will follow.

The power of High Dreadmarch Garnet Virelyssa XZel'Thorna and her heavenly counterpart, War-King Price Valthorne ZXV'Aemyrn, is described in this section. Their relationship together creates the Ashened Orders' primary tenet of balancing martial fire and mortal flame. Ash-morality and sacred literature are contained in Garnet. Price is in charge of the Burnt Reaches and the infernal legions.

The Fourth Ember: Flame Boundaries

The flame must never stray from the Orders or end up in the hands of demonic spirits.

To unmake the oath is to offer our fire to the untested.

The taboos of ash transference are defined in this section. Only authorized Hellsanct areas or those bearing Garnet's seal may employ flame-seals, weaponized infernos, or truth-burning ceremonies. Unauthorized use causes cindering that lasts forever.

The Fifth Ember: Evils

We are the stewards of Zypharienne's ashes, despite the fact that their evils are limitless.

It is necessary to categorize, label, observe, and contain every evil--or burn it until it can be recognized. The Orders will always record rather than hunt. The TCOSA Hunting Corps is responsible for hunting. The Ashened just watch them fall.

Prophecy: The Sixth Ember

Eventually, the embers will no longer go out.

When the ash re-emerges.

Garnet's voice turns to fire as her wounds split.

For decades until the First Burn Awakening, this prophecy remained untranslated. Some people think it alludes to Garnet's ultimate peak, in which she transforms into a living Flame-God instead of acting as a Seer. Something it alludes to the resurgence...of something that burnt too long.

Ash Rebirth: The Final Ember

The world will ultimately be reduced to ash.

Only then--will we start over.

This last piece serves as an enduring reminder rather than a conclusion; the ash will still be there even if the Orders fall and all fires go out. The ash retains its memory. And the next Orders will emerge from it.
