The Allied Empire

After the breaking, many of the weaveless empires fell to ruin. As the sudden removal of all forms of magic reduced their various forms of industry to a grinding halt. However, approximately 10 years after the breaking an individual simply known as 'The Forsaken King' began rallying the survivors to his banner. He is believed to be the leader of a destroyed empire known as Arobis, which was destroyed in the final days of the Great War. Soon after, a tangible (Editors note: The fuck you mean 'tangible'?) amount of humans were created that began constructing a new civilization, one that used steam and “electricity generators” over magic to power their lands.

The kingdom began to prosper until a magic able faction known as 'The Raiders of Terminus' assaulted their realm. The kingdom did not hesitate to unleash their newest weapon, something they labelled as a “artillery cannon”. This cannon was loaded with “shells”; metal canisters filled with gunpowder and explosives. A rain of shells were launched at the raiders, slaughtering their front line. An audible cheer was reported across the battlements of the kingdom. This was however short lived, as a hail of lightning, fire and magical arrows were launched in response, the raiders set up shields to prevent further shells finding their mark, proceeding to destroy all artillery cannons as the raiders pushed into the city, pillaging as they went. The kingdom was able to prevent full destruction by releasing there dragon riders equipped with weapons that fired lead tiny arrows.

Despite this the destruction of the realm was put at around 80%, the king went to the council of the just world, and pleaded for them to post magic users in there city. They refused signing “despite the kingdom being a new kingdom, it is ran by the same forces that held power during the Great War, we could not possibly give you the one thing you have been forbidden to use against these very lands” the king roard in anger at the cought vowing to return one day, when there weave failed them and finished what could not be finished in the Great War. The caught laughed at him as he stood in front of them. Almost immediately apon his return a Industrial Revolution began, the people worked harder weapons of war where created with new found zealotry. the forsaken king ventured from his land requesting fealty from the leaders of old and destroyed empires from the great war, most bending the knee willingly, when the forsaken king had gathered a tangible force he announced to the realm the creation of a new empire, the allied empire. from this point a immediate expansion into neighbouring Towns and city’s began with something seeming to occur known simply as the silencing, from what reports we have from individuals who have survived a “silencing” they describe the use of mass artillery cannons firing a black shell that almost absorbs the light around it, after it hits, you are unable to speak, as if all of a sudden the world goes completely silent, from there the gas comes, shells filled with a yellow gas are deployed burning the lungs. After this the troops move in for clean up, they kill some, but take many more.

Gender in the lower class

unlike many other empires gender is seen as not a social construct but one of employment, dependant on what ones job is eg soldier takes up HE/ HIM pronouns where as a maid will take up SHE/HER pronouns the reason for this is for easy differentiation creating a lower class of fem individuals under the warrior class

Culture:

the allied empire operates a rigid class system, with the empire having 3 classes lower middle and upper classes

lower class, the lower class operates in a system of complete class anti-individualism lower class living in a form of hive mind like life style. Individualism is suppressed for the health of the whole, every member is required to maintain a mask and wear it all times, the mask is cast from pure gold. and resembles the features of one of the 12 great warlords of the great war. The depiction on the mask is decided for what personality traits the individual has in common with a great warlord the lower class also are not allowed to partake in monogamous relationships and must partake in a singular class wide relationship where breeding is considered a national service. despite these rather strange living conditions the population does not resent it, and sees it as a efficient and necessary style of living to allow there war machine to continue to grow, the entire lower class is conscripted at birth into the armies of the allied empire, and will willingly give there lives in the name of the forsaken king, and to the continued killing of magic users.

Middle class:

the middle class unlike the lower class wear gold masks, they instead are able to express there individuality showing there faces proudly, many members of the middle class with keep a heron of lesser renowned lower members of the middle class, the more individuals in ones heron the higher the standig of the individual. the middle class task is to set about working the factories that create the weapons the lower class take with them into battle
