Military action

The great war between the Kingdom of Ashaladon and the Orcish Incursion.

In the Year of Shuddering, the Roaring Precipice erupted flame and molten earth, shaking the whole Kingdom of Ashaldon. During this time, the first Orcish armies landed on the southern shores of the Kingdom, and began to build up an expansion of their empire.   The first, and only, city to fall to the might of the Incursions' forces was Strathmore on the southern end The Triumphant Isle. When the orcs pressed further north, in an attempt to sack Slymill Harbor, they were met with the warcasters and armies from Broken Shield and Clarity Lookout.   On the mainland of Ashaladon, the orcs built up a capital city of Burzag Qu, but did not dare to press further into the kingdom after suffering great defeat on the island. After years of defensive measures of the main forces of Ashaladon beating on the walls of Burzag Qu, and the repeated failures to take Slymill Harbor, the two empires decided upon a truce built on a mutual respect for each other's forces.
