Personal history
Kaylin was born in Slymill Harbor to one of the wealthier families in the area. She grew up under the relative peace that the region enjoyed for the first two hundred years since its founding, and her family played a strong role of support during the siege by the Orcish Incursion. When her father fell in battle, her mother and she took over the day to day task of running the inn.
She is now the main proprietor of the establishment, her mother more enjoying to spend her time on weaving eloquent tapestries and rugs for the families in the Highwind District.

Studied for a time at the Insight Atheneum, focusing on business and history.

Innkeeper of The Closed Hog Inn, daughter and heir to the Loraven family fortune.
