Windswept Cloak
Windswept cloaks are made by shamans and occultists; those who can commune with the elemental forces of the wind and air. They are made as accessories for travellers.
Windswept cloaks are made of linen or fleece, with the feathers of birds and minor Soulstones containing Wind-Elementals woven into the cloth. The cloak feels feather-light, and can be used to propel the wearer forward in bursts of wind. While not itself permitting flight, the cloak still allows for rapid movement.
The cloak does not gain the suer any strength and it can be overburdened, it is best to travel light while using such a cloak. However it makes a person quick on their feet even quicker.

Windswept cloaks seem to be made of basic and even roughly sewed cloth, with many colourful feathers and minor soulstones sewn into the fabric. The cloak is constantly moving as in an unseen wind, even when no wind is blowing.
