Purpose / Function
This building was originally a commercial gym.
Design
This room is essentially a concrete, glass, and metal box in the style of most modern gyms.
Entries
The main or street entrance is near to T-town, implying the business arose to meet the need of the individuals flowing into the area to take residence there.
The entrance has long since been boarded up leaving the main entryway inaccessible to most but not all.
Emergency exits are also located in the basketball court but have been chained shut.
Sensory & Appearance
The room is surprisingly well lit from some windows high along the walls, some of which are now broken. As such, the area has some limited exposure to the elements and has begun to show the wear and tear of changing humidity levels and temperatures.
The area has been long since stripped of anything of value, leaving only what was to difficult to move.
The building is uninhabited and appears to be generally unsafe and in disrepair.
