Naish Liochnaibhlos
Naish Liochnaibhlos is responsible for tax collection and trade in the city of Seaton, where she is the official harbourmaster.
She works during on the docks the day and trusts the role to a rotation of four guards led by a veteran at night.
Naish has a reputation of being strict and straight, refusing to take bribes and reporting any illegal behaviour to the Blue Guard without a second thought.
She resides at The Siren's Call, where she has a room provided by her friend Andrella Beachscrawl.
Appearance and Mannerisms
Naish is an unusual site in the Imperial port city in which she resides. Her blue skin, green hair, and fine features clearly mark her out as an Alugach. Naish wears her robes of state most of the time - formal blue and black robes bearing the sigil of the Cerulean Empire. The robes hide a series of terrible scars that cover her upper arms and torso, a relic from her time as a corsair. Naish has a habit of manipulating any water around her, in an almost forgetful manner.Notable Achievements
Years before becoming harbourmaster of Seaton, Naish was a corsair in The Southern Chain. However, her enemies forced her to flee and hide in Seaton, and it was here she came into the employ of Duke Marik Feldren.
