Katouleh
The island of the sun elves is also the most southern island of the Known Worlds. With their capital of Il'kalyeh at the outskirts of the infinite desert, they are the last bastion before a vastly unexplored, life-threatening region. Though Il'kalyeh likes to keep its autonomy, it does have diplomatic contacts to most nations of the Known Worlds.
