Sellitaris
It was upon the shoulders of the brave that Eshanic enlightenment was proliferated throughout the known world. Yet, some were more zealous than the common in this pursuit. Sellitaris was among those who vowed to inform every olûndari in Qadal of the incredible truths of their creation which were hitherto hidden from their minds. She accompanied the warriors of Afranast into the Semyr, where the Adashi people maintained their ancient traditions. It was her honest desire to make these people the first enlightened children of the Etayen world. Yet, these people were too wild for the Etayen disposition. Once news of cannibalism reached the Etayen camps, Sellitaris was swiftly returned to Etal.
Sellitaris’ boat touched upon the shores of Everos in -1420. She stepped upon the shores of what the Etayen considered the wild frontier of the universe. Strange populations of Aemar were scattered about the various vallies and forests just beyond the southern shorelines.
In time, the reputation of Sellitaris grew in Everos, so that Etayen and Aemar alike knew of her wisdom in strange domains. A master of the Aemardic peoples in the Aeduccar mountains named Henogast remained a staunch adherent to ancient cults of mountain spirits. He took interest in this mastery and sought to invite Sellitaris to his court so that they might debate the merits of their respective creeds. Word reached her in Sedar, which was nothing more than a petty fishing village in those years. She perceived this as a brilliant opportunity to communicate her lessons across a whole swathe of south-central Everos and gathered together a retinue of followers to accompany her in recording and support. Additionally, she sent letter ahead to Henogast to gather together whomever he wished who yet doubted her lessons so that they might all be enlightened at once. Proper supplies were compiled swiftly with the assistance of Afranast’s lieutenants.
Sellitaris and her companions arrived in Lohegemas after two weeks journey. The city was sprawled upon the slopes of the Aeducarr’s lower hillocks, so that its walls ran just alone the plain’s edge.
A month or more passed while Sellitaris and those companions who yet survived languished in isolation.
