Mesian reigns chief as the mistress of the Elivas race, and thus it stands as no surprise that her foremost speaker is also Elivas. Ralla is ancient among the holy persons of Mesian’s Eshanic cult, rose into that position through years of preparation.
When the terrors of the Second Feud erupted, Mesian chose Ralla to command the gathering at Yassaben.
