Qalas

In the years of the Qadayen classical era, Voryndal was suffering hideous tremors of collapse. Koluthollas, the realm of Acolitus in that realm, was declining in despotism, causing a general flight of many Eshan. Those who remained loyal were hard-pressed to tie loose ends. Qalas was among them. He served the Creator throughout Voryndal, crushing those civilizations would attempted to rebel. Later, he was deployed into Qadal to destroy another Nith’eshan known as Eluthaino, who once also served Acolitus.   Qalas arrived in his hideous aspect around the autumn of -2224, or close thereabouts. He brought his him a substantial legion of bestial followers- four legged, like companion animals, but with terrible barbs, tenticles, and other appendages all across the body. The hunt for Eluthaino raged forth across Othos, stirring the discontentment of Aebaster, Mesian, and Atûn. Yet, Acolitus managed to calm them, explaining that hunting his own rogue agent down was superior to allowing him to run free among the races of Olundaria. Qalas washed through the domains of Aemarda, destroying any who opposed him in searching out Eluthaino.   He found the rogue Eshan situated in a village of his own creation, amid followers of his own persuasion. At once, Qalas rushed upon Eluthaino. Back and forth they fought, each landing crushing blows against the other. What turned the balance was not Eshanic arms alone, however, but the strange fact that olundi warriors were empowered through Eshanic means. Acolitus and Iloya were the competing parties, but through Iloya’s sacrifice and death Qalas was disadvantaged. He was killed and Eluthaino escaped.
