Pidikel and Barolens

After the First Feud, the Eshan Pidikel and Barolens bound themselves together and devised a clever plan to bolster their power and influence in the new landscape of Voryndal. They created two races for themselves, the Pidrynes and Baroyqon, with the former being weaker and the latter being much stronger. The concept was that the essence gathered from the death Pidrynes would be forwarded toward the powers of the Baroyqon, along with the essence of their own dead. In this way, once race might possess the power of two.   Other Eshan took umbrage with this manipulation and prepared to act. A coalition of some dozen Eshan and their races were gathered together, calling themselves the The Dazzling Host. This army invaded the homelands of the dual races, bringing devastation to them. The Baroyqon resisted furiously, and the Dazzling Host suffered severe casualties against this empowered race. Indeed, matters devolved such that the Dazzling Host decided to destroy these races completely along with their masters, so that no other Eshan might attempt such similar manipulations.
