Adroyon

Born among the blessed Baroyqon people, Adroynon was upraised with the high standards of self-value. Those who opposed the Baroyqon were filth, and those neighboring them were simply unlucky.   Adroyon rose to fame during the later years of his life. He departed from the Baroyqon homeland to explore the distant reaches of Voryndal. This included none only its more remote civilizations but also natural features. He recorded them all. His magnum opus was not within Voryndal, however, but just outside its boundaries. During his last, and farthest voyage, he encountered a chain of landmasses which he named the Kanoqonyes, or the Underhills. Each arose like the peak of a submerged hillock. Scattered wildlife and olundi settlement were in those places, but nothing coherent. Stories of this strange middling realm spread like inferno in Voryndal. Qadal was yet unknown to the common olundi, and this the prospect of lands beyond the waters were just as attractive there as in Qadal itself.
