The Peace Treaty of Jarnska was the treaty which ended The Grand War. It was signed between the Contrean-Collary Alliance and the Alliance of Nation of Solu, Alliance of Drya and The Median Defense Pact. It marks the beginning of The 5th Era
Purpose
The peace treaty was concluded to end The Grand War and restore peace on Sphera. After long years of bloody battles and war crimes against civilists and military targets, a conference in Jarnska was held—the peace negotiations were hosted by The Nation of Solu in their capital.

A permanent end to hostilities
- All parties to the war undertake to cease all hostilities immediately after signing.
- As the border regulations stipulate, all military units must be withdrawn from all areas.
War guilt
- The Empire of Contrea and The Empire of Collary officially take the blame for the war.
- War crimes committed by all those involved must be viewed and dealt with in a differentiated manner.
Contents of the treaty
Contrean-Collar Alliance:- The Contrean and Collary Empires are dissolved and re-established as a democratic state in the core area. The Nation of Solu oversees the constitution drafting process and free elections.
- The Contrean Empire must withdraw militarily and administratively from all areas of the Alliance of Dyra. Citizens of the Empire are free to remain in the territories. Referendums on independence from the Alliance and the Empire will be held in the occupied territories.
- The territorial integrity of the Median Defense Pact is restored.
- The Contrean-Collar Alliance is committed to dealing with and paying reparations to the victims of war crimes, and those responsible must be held accountable. An independent body monitors the process.
- Members of the Alliance of Drya, Nation of Solu, and Median Defense Pact are also committed to dealing with war crimes. The committee also monitors the process here.
Caveats
The treaty comes into force after all parties have signed it and last unlimitedly until both sides decide on a unilateral change.

Legal status
All participating states ratified the treaty. Most neutral states recognized the treaty and the newly formed states and borders.

Background
The Grand War was a global conflict unprecedented scale. It involved many states on all continents and claimed a high number of victims. The victorious states wanted to prevail in a new war with too harsh conditions.
History
With the signing of a Ceasefire 12 Snow's End 7657 C.A. (Y281 E4), diplomats of all participants met to Negotiate a long-term peace treaty. After months of negotiations, the treaty was signed at 1 Harvest's Close 7659 C.A. (Y0 E5). It changed the old world order and laid the foundation for The Council of Peace and new states and alliances.
Public Reaction
Contrean-Collar Alliance:
People of the defeated empires were surprised by the mild conditions. Some hardliners declined the treaty and tried to sabotage the formation of a democracy. Most dwarves in Collary accepted the terms and supported the democratic movement.Alliance of Drya, Nation of Solu, and Median Defense Pact:
Many Elves of the states of Drya demanded stricter conditions for the empires. People of Solu, regardless of their species, supported the state's actions, and the Median people were relieved by peace but were ambivalent about the contract.Legacy
