Frosthold Accord

The Frosthold Accord was recorded as a treaty between the Phantasm Terminal Federation (PTF) and the Silver Throne, once Zeya Arric took over as the new king. It is highly known that Jack Arric and Zeya are twin brothers, but both have run two very different lives while wanting to keep the peace and not put those they care about in danger.   When Valindra Arric was defeated and imprisoned, Zeya took the Silver Throne as his birth rite and vowed to undo the horrid acts his mother put in place. It took many decades of proving himself to the Courts, while actively rewriting laws and making peace with the other thrones.   Valindra didn't take it well when she was dethroned and took her imprisonment as a means to cultivate the guards to her side. She even begged to speak to her son. Zeya returned to her side and listened to what she had to say. Her words were twisted, luring him in. With his power at the throne, only he had access to breaking the accord. It didn't take long for Zeya to figure out her trap when she asked him what he would do it Jack were to betray him. Zeya put her into solitary confinement after making the guards watching her cell swear fealty to him and only to him.   The accord is often referred to as the "Time of Healing" and was signed into power over a thousand years ago. It remains strong and acts as a sort of asylum base for either side of the accord. Jack and Zeya were the strongest advocators of the accord asking many other to join in and agree to digitally sign it to create peace between both organizations. Those still used to the idea of Fae tricking people hesitated, but Kěith Cheonsa and Syus Nightingale advocated for Jack and Zeya, claiming that they needed peace more than putting civilians in danger.    

Signing

Two years passed before the signing was complete with the PTF holding out and claiming that the Silver Throne had been dangerous since the recent threat of war looming over them. The PTF was then forced to sign the accord when Zeya offered to hand Valindra over for execution and the PTF happily accepted the offer in good faith.
