First Alien Contact since the invasion of the Vildok

The Angellonian Empire makes contact with it's first alien lifeforms accidentally when colonizing a solar system. These aliens were called the keelp. They were peaceful and the Angellonians were at good terms with them until the Keelp attempted to have the Angellonians bow before their new Emperor and to worship him but the Angellonians could not causing a war between the two.
