The Great Revolt

Revolution

A group of Khosarians who called themselves the philosophers who were skeptics concerning the legitimacy of the Empire and rallied many Angellonians from all tribes to rebel against the religious leaders and the other authority figures attempting to establish a new nation with the Philosophers to reign in a oligarchy.

When a group of Khosarians had thought the legitimacy of the empire was lacking due to never seeing any sign of the Emperor and that there was no sign of "The Divine One" for hundreds of years they began to rally up the people questioning whether or not anything from history was true or not causing many Angellonians to fall away from the faith.the war started when a Jhedakm attempted to assassinate "The High Priest" and "The General" but failed which then had him executed by stoning. the war lasted until the rebels tried to capture the temple and the Philosophers entered into the holy room of the temple causing "The Divine One" to cast fire from the sky onto all of the rebels (and only the rebels specifically)killing all of them saying: "let this be known to all of my people so that may know that I'am their King and their God forever and ever".
