The S'fhadan
The Angellonian sword or S'fhadan (suh-vah-don) (which means sword in Angellonian) is an ancient weapon that has been used since the conquest wars and is still in use to this very day. many galactic empires fear this weapon for being one of the few weapons that can still cut through most armor and is not affected by most projectiles.
It's color depends on the metal the Aetherium is mixed with and shines with a dark purple when in the light and can cause sparks when it clashes with other Aetherium made blades, the clashing can also make a loud noise that is very recognizable on the battlefield and is highly feared by most galactic empires.
The Jhedakm and Zhedaka S'fhadan have a sawtooth like pattern within the curved part of the blade and the Spadakm S'fhadan is more like a saber than a Khopesh and is made from Aetherium silver which is much stronger than Aetherium steel and sharper too due to the chemical components of Aetherium and silver mixing together and giving it blue sparks when it clashes with metal.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
It is used for slicing and impaling opponents. it's double edged allowing it to be used swing back and forth in any direction for slicing off limbs. it is shaped almost like a Khopesh/Saber hybrid with a long tip at the end used to impale opponents, while the curve hook like part is used to slice and can even be used to cut through ropes, the Jhedakm and Zhedaka S'fhadans have sawlike teeth within the curve part of the blade to saw wood and etc. The blade curves upward while the handle curve slightly downwards. it has a cutlass like hilt to cover the hands when in combat and usually has some decorative colors on the handle and some long ribbons on the pommel depending on the tribe that would use the sword such as a Zhedakm S'fhadan would have a red colored handle and red ribbons while a Khosakm S'fhadan would have a purple handle and purple ribbons.
Manufacturing process
Coal is dipped into Aetherium liquid making Aetherium coals and then used to heat up an Aetherium forge. then Aetherium and whatever other metal you would like to use would be melted together then afterwards the normal process of making weapons would be done to make the blade but when cooling the blade, instead of just water you would use cooled down liquid Aetherium since Aetherium can very easily bond with metals and especially Aetherium, it can help strengthen any weak points in the blade when the Aetherium basically glues into any cracks that may be on the blade to keep it's durability.
Significance
Only Zhedakar's emblem has the Angellonian S'fhadan with two of them crossed together with the Angellonian cross in the center between them. these weapons have been used for many wars in the ancient past and modern day warfare when energy powered weapons and plasma grade blades are common, making this weapon stand the test of time.

Raw materials & Components
It was made with steel for many decades until Fhedamael used Aetherium, making it now the normal production of the Sword. Aetherium ingots and another type of metal ingot is required to make this blade (steel or silver or iron are highly recommended than other metals). the pommel is traditionally a tooth or horn from a farm beast or from an Aurrstritch's claws.

Aetherium tools are used to forge this weapon as Aetherium forges will melt non-Aetherium metals.
